Who this policy covers

This policy explains how Nundac, the professional brand of Pedro Martí Picó, handles personal information received through this website and its linked contact channels.

The website does not sell personal data, run a newsletter, build advertising profiles or make automated decisions with legal effects on visitors. Optional Google Analytics 4 measurement is only enabled after you allow it.

Information we handle

Enquiry form

We receive your name, email address, company if you provide it, and the message and enquiry details you choose to share.

Direct contact

If you contact us by email, LinkedIn or GitHub, the information you provide and the minimum metadata needed to maintain the conversation are processed through that channel.

Technical information

Our hosting provider may create technical logs, including IP address, browser, date, time, requested URL and security events, to provide the service, prevent abuse and keep the website running. If you allow optional measurement, Google Analytics 4 receives general usage events; we do not send your name, email or form content to that service.

Why we use this information

Responding to enquiries

We use your information to answer questions, prepare proposals and discuss a possible engagement. The legal basis is taking steps before entering a contract or our legitimate interest in responding to your request.

Providing services

If you engage us, necessary information is processed to perform the contract, manage the professional relationship and meet legal obligations.

Security and operation

Technical information helps us maintain the website, detect errors, prevent abuse and protect the infrastructure. The legal basis is legitimate interest.

Marketing

We do not currently send recurring marketing communications. If these are introduced, appropriate consent will be requested where required.

Optional measurement

Only after you allow it, Google Analytics 4 helps us understand visits, sources and general website actions. Your choice is stored in your browser’s local storage for 180 days and can be changed through “Cookie settings”.

Service providers and external websites

Vercel

Vercel hosts the website and may process technical information to serve pages, protect infrastructure and generate operational logs. The form uses Vercel BotID Basic, an invisible security check that processes request and browser signals to distinguish human submissions from automated traffic.

Resend

The form uses Resend to email the contents of your enquiry. The website does not store enquiries in its own database.

Google Analytics 4

Google Analytics 4 is enabled only after consent. It may use the _ga and _ga_<measurement ID> cookies, configured for 180 days. We do not send your name, email or form content to GA4, and this website does not use analytics for advertising or profiling. If you withdraw consent, further measurement is disabled and Google Analytics cookies accessible from this website are deleted. For more information, see Google’s privacy policy.

External links

When you open LinkedIn, GitHub or another external link, subsequent processing is subject to that service’s policies.

Retention and your rights

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond, follow up on a possible proposal and meet legal obligations. Where no professional relationship follows, they are deleted or archived when no longer needed.

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability where applicable. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
